Tshering is the Officiating Director General of the Department of Agricultural Marketing and Cooperatives (DAMC) in the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock. She also leads the Cooperatives Development Division at the DAMC.
She has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Canberra, Australia.
