Phuntsho is the Officiating Director of the Department of Innovation and Technology, Druk Holding and Investments. He leads the Department’s efforts in developing Bhutan’s Innovation Ecosystem for a tech-based economy by leveraging research and development for technology with values. With an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, his experience ranges from Grass Root Innovations to Ecosystem building.
