Kinley is the Chief Trade Officer in the Export Promotion Division, Department of Trade under the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment, Royal Government of Bhutan. In her role, she has been making concerted efforts to facilitate trade by creating an open, liberal and enabling environment for private sectors and to promote integration into the regional and multilateral trading system.
She has represented Bhutan in numerous important bilateral and multilateral trade negotiation meetings. She has also assisted hundreds of rural businesses by providing business related information and services. She has attended several WTO seminars, workshops and training on the WTO.
Kinley graduated from Sherubtse College in Bhutan and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Curtin University, Western Australia.
